By shopping from us, you have agreed to these general terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these general terms and conditions, you are advised not to shop with us.
Wrong Product – within the hour after delivery
On a very rare occasion you might have to return your order because we shipped the wrong item. In this case we will exchange the wrong item if you let us know within the hour after delivery
Faulty Product – within 7 days
If your products are faulty on arrival, you have 7 working days in which to inform us of the fault in order for a replacement or exchange, otherwise your return will be processed under the terms of Chuvis 30 Day’s Guarantee or Manufacturers’ Warranty. We do not offer refund.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or exchange to you.
However, if our technicians find a returned item is not faulty or has been tampered with, we will return the item to you (in certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturer’s service centre of the item before a replacement can be issued – i.e. memory card reading faults, device not powering up etc.). In this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Replacements & Exchange – 7 Days
Where applicable, replacement of alternative products will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 7 working days to deliver the replacement depending on your location.
If you are eligible for an exchange, we will deliver another product of your choice to you.
Chuvis Guarantee – 30 Days
We pride to offer a guarantee on most of our Brands excluding replicas. If after 7 days, you have an issue with your gadget, we will go out of our way to fix the issue. In some cases, we will do an outright replacement, whilst in some other cases, we will take it to the Manufacturer Service Centre/Importer for a fix. You will be responsible for the return delivery fee.
Manufacturer’s Warranty – 12 Months
All the Original Brands we sell have Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Warranty for Brands like Samsung, Oraimo, Anker etc. can be claimed in country.
Whilst some other brands like JBL, Havit etc do not have service centres in Nigeria, and as such in most instances you might have to contact the Manufacturer directly in an advent you have any issue after 30 Days after delivery.
N.B: Manufacturer’s warranty cover differs amongst Brand and this is not determined by Chuvs.
After Sale Support – Limited
We love our customers and we are always eager to offer help with any of our gadget issues with/without warranty where we can.
We can help take your gadget to its manufacturer’s service centre for a possible fix where need arises. This service is often free asides logistics fee (to and fro the service centre).
In cases where the brand has no in-country service centre, we will reach-out to the importer for a possible fix or contact a 3rd party technician on your request. Services by 3rd party technicians are not free.
It’s disheartening to say that in some rare occasions, we might not be able to get a fix for your gadget in-country due to the nature of the product or fault. In this case Chuvis will not be held liable.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions
